A wonderful rare pair of Shelley Art Nouveau vases (circa 1920), known for its flowing organic lines and natural motifs. These Shelley vases, pattern 774/8125, features prominent pink flowers within a dark brown, heart-shaped or shield-like motif, with green leaves and flowing scrollwork against a pale, creamy background and gold gilt on the rim.
Pre-owned and in wonderful overall condition, but with a slight chip on the base slight wear away of gold gilt on rims, which does not diminish from the overall look of vase. Has no cracks.
